Main Villa
Alkaia villa is built in traditional Cycladic architectural design with white elements, traditional stone, marble floors, arches, wood beamed ceilings and is perfectly harmonized in the charming unobstructed natural environment, offering panoramic Sea and landscape view.
The villa’s charming interior combines luxury and comfort with the elegant furniture and the stylish decoration and creates a warm atmosphere for relaxation, tranquility and wellness, featuring amazing sun light and stunning sea view in a wind protected set up.
The main villa is 200 sqm and unfolds on two levels.
The ground level includes a spacious living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, a flat screen satellite TV, a sound system and a dining area for 10 guests, all having access to the swimming pool and the outdoor areas, as well as a modern and fully equipped functional kitchen.
A large bay window features magnificent view on the Aegean sea and the Mykonian landscape and offers a graceful ambiance.
On the ground level there is a spacious bedroom with double bed, LCD TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and a guest bedroom with twin beds (joinable) with en-suite bathroom with shower, both offering fine aesthetics, facilities and an unobstructed view to the swimming pool, sea and landscape.
The upper level hosts a charming master bedroom with a double bed, smart TV, walk in dressing area, en-suite bathroom with shower and a private roof terrace with panoramic view.
All bedrooms have Air Condition and Ceiling Fans.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an Oven, Stove, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Espresso machine, Filter Coffee machine, Electric Kettle, Hand Mixer, Juice Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Plates, Glasses, Cooking Utensils and Cutlery.
Apartment Suite I
Apartment Suite 1 is at the same level of Main Villa, has a separate entrance and measures 65 sqm.
It has an open plan design, with its own Living and Dining area, a double bed bedroom, Air Condition and Ceiling Fan, smart TV, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with Stove, Fridge, Espresso machine, Filter coffee machine, Kettle, Plates, Glasses, Cooking Utensils and Cutlery.
An exercise bicycle, for those who like sports, offers the opportunity to exercise on open air, enjoying an amazing view of sea and landscape.
The apartment suite 1 accommodates 2 guests and has direct access to a large private veranda with a stunning view on the same level with the main veranda and the swimming pool.
